Ever since I was a kid, playing Pokemon Red on my Atomic Purple Gameboy Color, tech has been my life's focus and passion. Over the years, my love of playing games began to flourish into a curiosity in how the magic electric blocks worked. In 7th grade I began my long journey of learning my way around PCs. By the time I got to high school and began looking at colleges, I had known for years what my major would be. The day I picked up that little purple brick, I became destined for a career in tech.

I'm now a small business owner, serving the South Bay with my IT and Data Management experience as IT Cats.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science at CSU Dominguez Hills.
  • Over a decade of hands-on experience in both troubleshooting and data management.
  • Systems Admin experience at Air-Tec, Southern California's largest HVAC contractor.
  • 2 years of experience streamlining business processes with Power Automate Flow.
  • Experience as a technical trainer, teaching clients how best to use their smart devices and computers.

Professional Achievements

  • At Air-Tec, I rose from Assistant Administrator to the primary Systems Admin in only 4 months.
  • In just 7 months I created extensive documentation and updated the core servers to modern standards.
  • During my time as an assistant, I learned basic web development and rebuilt our company's website.

Goals and Hobbies

  • I'm currently studying to pass the Security+ exam and add the certification to my qualifications.
  • I also enjoy studying Japanese, and I hope to be coversational in it when I take my family to Tokyo in 2026.
  • I enjoy building PCs and learning about tech, history, economics, and physics from podcasts and documentaries.
  • I still spend lots of time playing video games with friends such as Minecraft, Dark and Darker, and Monster Hunter.

    I provide troubleshooting, setup, and security services and recommendations for Microsoft and Apple products.

  • Network Administration for Your Home

    I can set up, secure, and configure your home network and Internet-enabled devices.

  • Custom PC Building

    I will build a custom desktop to fit your needs and specifications. I do not build full liquid-cooling systems, but I have experience with hybrid liquid-cooling.

  • Device Setup

    I perform device setup for TVs, Wi-Fi, printers, computers, phones, tablets, smart home devices, and more.

  • Remote and On-site Troubleshooting

    I will provide hands-on troubleshooting remotely or in-person, and teach you as I investigate the issue.

  • Database Entry, Setup, and Administration

    I will set up, automate, streamline, and manage your data in intuitive spreadsheets. I also offer data entry at a lower price than most other services.
